Miss Elise has been a member of Minding Miracles' Old Bridge staff since 2002 and has served as the Center Manager for nearly 10 years. Miss Elise is an RBT & has spent many years undergoing training to support children who display special health & developmental needs in the preschool environment.
Kirsten has been employed by Minding Miracles since 2010 and is a registered behavior technician. Kirsten is the mother of a four year old daughter and a set of twins; Valentina & Levi. Our little ones refer to Kirsten as "Miss Kiki."
Miss Casey joined Minding Miracles staff in 2017 as a group teacher in our toddler classroom. She is currently a registered behavior technician and is raising her daughter, Zahra. Miss Casey co-teaches our Jump-Start program.
Miss Ashley joined our infant room as a paraprofessional in the Summer of 2023. She spent a year assisting our littlest learners before being promoted to our head-caretaker in the infant room in September of 2024.
Stephanie became a part of Minding Miracles' team in January of 2023. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Stephanie works with our staff and students to implement effective ABA strategies and support our students in inclusive classroom settings.
Miss Doreen has joined our staff after years as a paraprofessional in public-school classrooms. She is currently supporting our two & three year old students in our Jump-Start classroom.
Marie joined our staff in the Spring of 2023 as a part-time caretaker in our infant/toddler room. She has her associates degree in nursing and has served as a pediatric nurse for almost 30-years.
Ashley become a behavior technician at Minding Miracles, serving our students with special needs, in the Winter of 2024. She attained her RBT certification in August of 2024. Ashley is the mother of two children.
Miss Jess is serving as our consulting head-teacher in all Minding Miracles' locations. Jess has been a member of Minding Miracles' staff since 2016. She has her Masters Degree in Multicultural Education and seven years experience teaching in the public-school arena in addition to her tenure at Minding Miracles. Jess will be supporting our classroom staff in providing culturally-responsive, developmentally appropriate programming consistent with Minding Miracle's standards of quality.
Alicia joined Minding Miracles staff as a Behavior Technician in the Summer of 2024. She attained her RBT certification in September of 2024 and currently supports the students in our Pre-K classroom.
Maureen joined our staff in our two-year-old program in September of 2019 in our Leonardo location. She comes to Minding Miracles with 10 years experience as a paraprofessional in her local school district. She recently became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and transferred to our Aberdeen center. She is the mother of two adult sons, a daughter and grandmother to two little girls.
Ashley has her Masters Degree from Touro College and got her start as a Special Education Teacher for the NY DOE. Most recently, Ashley provided developmental intervention for NJ Early Intervention Services. In October of 2024, Ashley began her journey at Minding Miracles, supporting our students in the infant/toddler classroom.
Bryonna got her start at Minding Miracles in the Summer of 2024. Her former work experience was in the food industry, but she has seemlessly changed career tracks by providing support in our Pre-K classroom.
Miss Shiri became a Minding Miracles staff member in September of 2022 after two years as a teacher at another local childcare center. She is certified Child Development Associate (CDA). Shiri currently swerves as support staff in our infant/toddler classroom.
Shoshana is a college student at Middlesex County College, majoring in English. She has joined our jump-start classroom as a paraprofessional in the Fall of 2024.
After working as a head-teacher and center manager in our Leonardo location for more than three years, Jayme took some time off to be with her toddler son. She joined our Aberdeen jump-start program as a paraprofessional in the Spring of 2023.
Elaine joined our staff in September of 2023 after completing 14 of experience at another center. Miss Elaine's experience is in both classroom and administrative capacities. She has two adult sons.
Miss "Bella" joined our team in the Fall of 2024. After attaining her BA in Communication Studies in May of 2024, she became a paraprofessional in our infant/toddler classroom.
Dominique is currently pursuing her degree in early child development. Along with four years of early childhood experience, she proudly serves as a member of the Air Force National Guard.
Krystina became a member of our staff in the pre-k classroom in September of 2020. She received her BA degree from Georgian Court University in May of 2022. Krystina's early childhood experience is rooted in her former positions as a nanny and coach. She became the head-teacher in the pre-k classroom in June of 2024.
Rachelle became a member of Minding Miracles' staff in the Fall of 2023, as a member of our Jump-start program's support staff. She left her roll in management and quality control to embrace the field of early childhood education.
Since moving to NJ from California., Courtney or "Coco" has been serving as a behavior technician for children on the autism spectrum. She joined Minding Miracles' staff in the Fall of 2024 as a BT/Paraprofessional and is pursuing her certification as an RBT.
Mary joined our team in July of 2023 as a paraprofessional in our infant/toddler classroom. She has a variety of experiences in supporting young children in both a professional and volunteer capacity.
Gina began her role as a paraprofessional at Minding Miracles in the Spring of 2021. She currently is the head teacher in in our 'Jump-Start' classroom. Miss Gina is currently pursuing certification & training as a Registered Behavior Technician.
Danielle became a Minding Miracles' team member in the Summer of 2024. MM is her first formal position with young children; however, she has a multitude of informal experiences, including raising her own children. Danielle is a paraprofessional in our pre-k classroom.
